About the founder

Elad Barak brings a unique perspective to home design. With a background in spacecraft systems engineering and an MBA from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, Elad combines technical know-how with sharp business sense.

While Elad always dreamed of being an architect, life initially led him down a different path in science and engineering. However, his passion for design never faded. After successfully tackling personal real estate projects, Elad realized he could help others achieve their property goals too. Now, he's using his years of experience to help people unlock their properties' potential, boost income, and turn dreams into reality.

The skills he honed in his previous role - attention to detail, problem-solving, and innovative thinking - now form the foundation of his architectural approach. Every project benefits from this methodical yet creative mindset.

Drawing inspiration from the Bauhaus and De Stijl movements, the founder seamlessly integrates form and function. This artistic vision, combined with his technical expertise, results in homes that are not just visually striking, but highly practical. His approach has proven successful in creating positive cash flow real estate projects.
